As am a trainee here so I am getting to learn a lot of new things on hand . Getting the experience of the most advanced technology in the world of plastic. I am enjoying my training to the fullest here.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. i like the fact that i am part of alpla team.I got to travel for different plants located in india.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, Sometimes need to work 3-4 hours more without any benefit.
