Work culture is average, since it's a start up stage company, organizing is a tough call and hierarchy communication needs improvement. Yet they pulled it off very well. Overall supportive Management and good Team Lead.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Leave policy and salary are not handled properly by HR. Otherwise, not a bad experience.

Work Details

Good to work here, especially being the first batch in our process gave more knowledge and skills. Assistant Manager Kalyan needs a special mention as he was one of the best boss I have worked with. Only issue is with salary management and HR.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
