The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is average and growth is very very slow. The work pressure is high. Manager don't value an individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. Otherwise overall good.

Work Details

I was working their in billing department. I was working in charge entry, payment posting & eligibility verification. If God gave me one chance to re-join alpha thought I definitely join again. I tried so many times to re-join again but my manager refused

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
