Once upon a time this is a good company.

Hyderabad branch is in very worst position. Almost all Senior persons are left from this branch instead of they are taking freshers this is very worst thing. Higher management doing very worst politics. They don't know how to treat with employees.

Things i like are first and foremost, we hold CMD in high regard; he is a great man, and we salute him. I am still working in this company because of him. We work on new technology and strive to create unique things

Dislikes

There are some middle managers who work less and engage in politics, which we don't like. The company is a mix of production workers, software and hardware professionals, and it is finding it challenging to make decisions

It’s a good place to start your career as a fresher. You will get to learn a lot if it’s for a technical role. I’m not certain about non-technical roles.

Dislikes

No appraisal will be processed. It has already been 2 years without appraisal. The pay is not as per market standards. Most of the freshers get underpaid and forced to follow strict timings.
