Very good company, to start up carrier. A 100% Export Oriented unit. Having Table / Machine / Digital printing also Jet and Jigger dyeing machines. Handling various textile qualities.

Dislikes

Company work atmosphere is average and growth is very very slow.

Work Details

As I am the Lab incharge, responsible to handle all types of physical and chemical testing of incoming & finished products. Handling instruments like Spectrophotometer, crockmeter, light box, pilling box, flammability tester, perspirimeter, pH meter etc.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
