I am really happy to share my experience of more than one years. I joined as a medical coder in this company. I am really proud to work our organization. Working in our company freedom and security. Team leaders give more support and training is very well. I learn more knowledge in medical coding. Recently i really enjoyed our annual day celebration lots of funs and programs. I can improve my typing and Excel skills after joining our organization. The management to give more opportunities to develop your self. Provide free breakfast, etc.. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
