I have started out my career in this very firm. I have joined here as a trainee and through hard work and moral support from our manager and colleagues I have achieved their required target many months (which is actually pretty low compared to other outsourcing companies. ) and therein next level promotions . Pretty much enjoyable if you are interested in recruiting, selection process. I enjoy placing candidates in suitable companies and getting to coordinate with the clients and helping in filling up the openings.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
