I have been in ALLIANZ for more than 3.5 yrs in FSS department. There is immense opportunities to learn and growth. But as the time passes the expectations from management reaches the sky high.Within a span of 1 years they will expect you to train new employees become backup of existing employees ,will try to engage you in new projects and that too without acknowledging the existing work load.
