the AP piller Head, exhibits rude behavior by engaging in heavy politics with junior team members. The office culture suffers as all teammates seem to be either relatives or favor-seeking individuals in accounts payable. Management doesn't prioritize support for talented employees or those capable of performing better, as evidenced by Ap pillers and the reporting manager's lack of assistance.
