Everything. Management - is clueless Work Quality - Terrible Renumeration - Terrible Job Security - not there. They hire and fire people based on their whims. Happened to me. Exploitation - happens all the way. The management has made it their playground. They play "corporate - corporate", a group of 4-5 of them without any clue ofthe weight of decision-making.
