I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I have had a very good experience at Alliance University. People are very kind and understanding. The teaching load is higher as it is a teaching first university. However, one can get research time as well. Students are good and respectful. Colleaugues are good and respectful.

Dislikes

Alternative weekends one has to be on campus. It is far from the city and further from electronic city. It becomes difficult to attend event or meeting in the city center without losing a full day of work. There is always room for improvement and I think the university is trying to change and adapt.
