I have a good experience of 3 years inside the store at Allen Solly. It has been learning about billing process, DSR, inventory stock etc. All these things to me new in retail field. So in future I get confindence about store handle as like a store manager position. If anyone should be involve at Allen Solly those things learn quickly because of freely anybody's teach to you.... I have a experience of 7 years inside the store at retail field. I am hard worker with educated even it's been relevant about this field after that I didn't get opportunity for any promotion or a position. First of all there's no settlement,no bonuse, no gratuity etc because of third party invoved all about it.. If anyone should be involve there first of all get information about company details and facilities. Because of those whoever hard work they will not get results then it's very bad. If anyone work a company very long time even he or she educated then give them fairly good deeds as like a position but I had seen mostly they're hiring about it outsiders......Read More

I have learnt a lot from this Allen Solly store due to which I have become so interested that even if I give an interview in any other store, at least I will get a post as a Department Manager and salary increment as well.

In our Allen Solly store, new staff gets very good salary growth on hiring but for the old staff, the increment is almost negligible.

Dislikes

Bad planning and merchandising. All pressure is on front end and there’s no proper support to team. It does not incorporate the culture of constructive feedback, mutual respect and open dialogue. It does not value the time one has invested in the organisation and unfair promotion/appraisals are done. A lot of politics is there.
