I worked for HP client on the roles of Tek systems, a subsidiary of Allegis Global. And technical aspects of projects were controlled directly by HP. So I will not be able write a brief on technical aspects of the company. But on HR aspects, I would like to brief that A great company to work with. Great work culture, very less interference by the management in work, so that we feel freedom to work and utilise our experience go the fullest, job security is asured in such a way that HR team really put extreme efforts to monitor our personal efficiency by conducting monthly reviews and feedback meetings, awarding right rewards for eligible employees, motivating us without directly interacting with us, using HR soft skills and guidence, etc. Work culture is great as we feel free to interact with any levels of HR management, All levels of HR management seriously interacts and involve with us and personal attention, prompt actions on escalations, giving us feedback. They do offer good package for freshers, but appraisal is something which you cannot expect here, job security is very low, they are forcing people to resign as they have really less clients or projects, this company doesn't appreciate good work.
