Treatment is very bad, no work life balance, you always busy in mid night meetings No job security, if you didn't do proper politics you will be thrown out This is not a product based company, we need to fix only issues, nothing to learn from scratch Career will be stagnant, other than few technologies we are not supposed to do anything else Highly political environment, your appraisal depends on how big did politics this year than how much work you did every year Training are very minimum & few training's are useless Very bad work life balance, you will end up doing daily mid night meetings with other center guys...Read More
