Not satisfied no respect for contractual workers no freedom in work for ccas and number of listeners is down now to the core end , style of AIR should be totally modified there is no benifit for contractual basis workers other than radio jockeying we are supposed to do all works including some of the office works less paid to the ccas getting more work AIR made for listeners but the listeners are also not interested nowadays .. More restrictions are being made in the office zone...Read More
