All India Radio is an innovative place to work at. The working culture is very professional there and I worked as a script writer and announcer. I enhanced my skills and overcame my lack of confidence. Working under All India Radio helped me in improving my communication skills.

Dislikes

The work load was the only problem but it served me as an advantage as I improved my time management skills

Work Details

The work was exciting as it was of my intrest . When I had to meet new people for OB programs I found it intresting.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

All india radio did not support any of their employees. They just use and through. I am casual announcer and radio jockey but they shutdown their services during covid19. I had not any other job. Work culture is also not good. Work load on contractual employees is very high. And they do not consider their contractual employees for permanent position....Read More

High rank officials. They don't bother about ground reality. They unable to understand their employees problem. They just order. They don't listen creative ideas and did not want to improve all india radio. I am in external services division and the high rank officials want to close this service. But this service is very important to make good image about india in the Pakistan and China and other countries. But official just want to save money. They don't give us permanent position and did not support any of their employees....Read More
