Dealing with Criminal/Civil cases, getting knowledge from the cases and other seniors, Drafting, Legal Notice etc.

Dislikes

Accused persons don’t maintain any time to come for their trial. Some of the accused persons don’t even inform whether they are coming for the trial or not so lawyers have to call the accused.

Work policy: Daily office/court from Monday to Friday. Except first and third Saturday of the month every Saturday is off. from office

They don't support in normal days leave aside during lockdown days.

There is no proper work culture like found in High Courts.Lawyers out of 1000 probably 5 have work,rest somehow make ends meet

The amount of work varies depending on the requirement of the plaintiff and defendant to carryout engineering commission work. Hence the income varies from Month to month.

Dislikes

There will be less nos. of people to encourage you. Work pressure is sometimes really high but growth is very slow. Also that your income seems too low compared to your hardwork here.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
