Team is very supportive and great learning curve for freshers. Though recruitment process is manual but scope of learning is high. Provides transportation and food. Best place to collaborate with industry leaders from IIMs. Project got funding by two institutional investors approx. 500Cr. No challenges hereafter and focused more on the project completion.

Suggest to identify the worst hire in the existing team who is spoiling the culture and team. Creates negative environment. Timings need to change.

Micro Management all the time They hire by paying above then the market standard and then start drinking your blood.
