Pure Lala Company. No work life balance, asking for a leave is just like asked for there kidney. Micro Management all the time They hire by paying above then the market standard and then start drinking your blood. Financial condition of the company is very unstable Hiring firing culture, didn't allow to make changes

* One of the worst company in Real Estate * They Hire you for some role and Start forcing you to some other role * All the time bullying, worst culture I ever seen (no employee engagement, no culture nothing) * All the customer comes and start shouting since they haven't got there flat from last 12 years * They don't have any otherproject except two which is going on for a long time *Don't give your salary slip, don't deposit your PF on time and very old class useless desktop to work * HR is pathetic, they only have one work to globe 🌎 you all the time, when you reach out to them with your problem *Total unstructured organisation without having any competent leadership *Delay in salary like anything Please take your decision by doing research...Read More

- Lack of Employee Engagement - KPI setting not efficient - Open Office - Deadlines and Targets (looks like I'm whining now) What I didn't like initially is the lack of direction but that all changed once the new Sales Head in 2022 set up processes concerning training and target achievement+incentives. Now with the good news of 400cr funding, we are all excited for the future.

Nothing, they are just taking hard earned money of individuals and not delivering their product. The project is going on for 15 years and it's still incomplete. Don't know if they are going to complete the project or not. They keep talking about the funding, but it never gets released.

Dislikes

Almost Everything - Work culture, no training, unnecessary salary deduction and untimely payment. Some employees don't get their salary till 2-3 months. They don't pay you your variable incentive mentioned in the offer letter. PFs are not deposited, and you have to mail 'n' number of times for pay slips. The FNF does not get settled even after 4 months of your last working day.

Best place to learn 360° in all the aspects. Flat hierarchy helps me to connect leaders and work closely with them. Salaries are on time since both the projects got funding from renowned investors. Best learning experience from L&D, heads by professional from IIM Ahmedabad. Incentives and benefits for us is more than our earnings.
