Before 15 August all person job secured beacuse that time plant handle by Mr. Jinara Sanjivan Poojari. After that joined Mr. Dhananjay Vyahvhre no job security there. No working culture there l. Only harassment of people. Management of alembic group is very foolish beacuse they not respect those person. Whose work day night and complete the plant only 1.5 years and filling the product. Now company handled those person he already kick out from many organisations and never think about employees. Now all old employees left there. No any old employees work there....Read More
