Company is very good in Gujarat.Banglore region full of politics everybody wants to save there seats and give there work responsibilities to others.No JD followed not defined for staff.Entire site works only on 2-3 site employees decision, rest site employees suggestions will not be considered nor listened by HOD. HR interaction with employees is not there,employees issues taken up to HR will never be solved....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
