Alden global gives time to learn your job. The seniors will guide you to do your job and support you. You are working with global MNC customers in the world. I had low experience but they really coached me to do big things here.

Nothing much. I have seen some people who were poor performers have left wrong reviews at Ambition box. This is wrong on the employees part. Its a great place to work.

zero work life balance. work all time. No free time. too much work. Even after office time. Bosses no good. Disrespectful. SOmetimes shouting in front of every one. no ethics and always angry. somethimes make personal comment and bad language Pay very low. salery comes late on 11th or more late. not good for growth. no promotion or very much delay and little salry growth. Noisy office. stress all time. when they dont need you they fire. and dont even give full salary or notice. or expereince letter. bad policies. not appreciate hard work. It is very safe for girls. We have women working from home also. They take care of employees. Very considerate environment.
