Good senior management, work pressure so you will get to learn, work from home, daily learning sessions

Client-oriented only, unrealistic deadlines of tasks, 10 am to 9 pm, no working hours limit so no work-life balance, more Leaves balance should be there, around 25 give more salary improve employee strength in the team.
