I liked nothing in this company. Albaik is only good for it's customers. Customers will through pepsi cans on you still u hv to smile. Pathetic work environment, 14 hrs superfast job plus if u were slow for even 5 minutes u will hv to wash all the restaurant after closing till 4 o'clock morning or u will get talaja (chiller) job that is -45° Celsius. Again next day u hv to join the race @9 o'clock morning. If u r ill, cant go to hospital no vehicle. Somebody died in your family still u hv to work. Every month salary deduction. U can't get vacation before 3-4 yrs. U can't resign. They will take 12-14 thousand riyal to give u vacation. They are not human beeing. The worst company in the world. I was able to write only 10% of my feelings rest i can't express in words....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
