Alaa (AFI) is a multi international company and dealing with more than 100 products of hydraulics, pneumatics, heavy eqpt, tranportation, industrial products. AFI is the leader in hydraulics products and first in GCC who built SUPER SUCKER in Saudi Arabia.

AFI do not have any negative remarks from myside.

I have worked as Export Sales Manager responsible for all new inquiries, purchase orders, follow ups for the offers submitted to export customers located in GCC and Asian countries.

The owners dont afraid from Allah . They deduct from all terminated employees their end service benefits

I worked there more than 11 years . I done very good job for them . I meet a lot of peoples . But as I said above there is no secure and no future with AFI .

For an average employee Alaa is a good place to work and be the same employee for the rest of your career life. For an average employee there will not be any growth & opportunity. In order to attain growth either you should join in a managerial level or you should have godfather inside to support you.

Dislikes

Partisan attitude, biased and impartial employee support. Too much nasty office politics. Group-ism.

Work Details

My work was equally hectic and boring. Hectic in the sense as sales personal I had tons of works and customers to cater to. Boring in the sense I had to continue the same monotonous work for many many years without any career growth or opportunity.
