Terrible place to enlarge your talents. Always threatening about jobs. For managers separate rule and juniors separate rule. They treat employees like labours. There is no proper guidance relating to your work or company policy. Every time you may get some surprises. There is no young crowd, most of them are crossed 15+ years of experience in the company and they are still in the same positions, no proper growth or advise or visible path to grow. There is no professionalism. The best example is if you want to get your passport after 1.5 years of experience in this company still you have to pay some thousands of money as a deposit for even emergency travels. If any public holidays announced by the government be ready to sacrifice your upcoming weekends. You won't get any mail regarding the same instead you will get a call from the receptionist.
