Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plu point is that my colleagues come from varius cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 10 - 13 hours straight in a day. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go uncounted during my mid year appraisal. Also there is no on - job training freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.
