First thing I like about Alamana is there is No delay of salary, we will be payed at the 1st and accurate. Free duty food and Free accomodation.more over huge Work space and latest technology equiped . Anytime we can go take our vacation as long as it is entitled .this hospital is accredited by both CBAHI and JCI

Dislikes

Mainly , work pressure is high. Even there is overtime , it is allowed only for few departments according to the busy level .secondly , compensation is decent but growth is slow .

Work Details

Generally, working atmosphere is good and all superiors are supportive . There is effitient QI department to assist us to improve our quality. Annual incriments are best in the industry.Those who work in critical area will recieve extra allowances.
