Getting my monthly salary exact at the late day of the month I really appreciate the company. Work cultural and environment is satisfactory. Management is satisfactory. Company policies are beneficial.

Dislikes

Management partiality towards the workers I strictly dislike. Extra long hours for which we need to work without any benefits. Hospitality in work place is very poor. No medical benifits.

Work Details

The job is quite challenging! I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything in the work place by my concentration, accuracy, & dedication. I learn to handle multiple tasks & that helped to gain confidence.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
