Down Level workers are too dedicated. Management having optimum knowledge of process and product so active person should be free for taking new trial to enhance its knowledge. Company policy about leave is quietly good due to well supported labour laws of UAE governments.

Dislikes

Industry having international customers but not supplied required quality material, minor tolerance is always acceptable in every industry but here is too much differences its happened only due acceptance of management for high production. No career growth because no one is liable for calculating the employee's performing efficiency. No job security due to above point No scope for training because most of Management & Staff are non technical Sorry to say but even plant head having only 2 years experienced of resp. field. financial settlement is too much harassing even an operators clearance need the threats of labour court....Read More

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to look the entire production from raw material to packing level. Thanks for getting chance to handle various department like Production, Planning, Quality Assurance, Store & Purchase.
