The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology like SAP. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Salary and perks are quite good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls which are very long distance one end to another end of Oman. As a Project Manager I went almost all the International borders of Oman for the site visits because we are one of the furniture contractors for ROP and we supplied our furniture to most of the new police stations in Oman which are custom built....Read More
