Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Al haditha company all site are good to work except CCED site. These work mainly on upstream pipeline and the best part I learn to mannge manpower only. It's good for fresher only

No good planning for work execution No give important of our skills No higher authority takes responsibility of work execution No body rest within a month n doing continuous work without overtime for staff members

Poor HR policies, Bonus, apprasial, unnecessary work pressure comes because others are not working as per procedures. Will not get NOC even if you complete contract. Policies are depending with person to person.
