Its an growing company last year opened up many stores and this still have plans to open few store.

Dislikes

HR is one of the worst I have seen in my whole career, staff have to wait months to get a reply from HR. Majority of the Things are done on Adhoc basis, lack of planning in everything can be witnessed. Managers are treated badly in all aspects, proper training system is not in place, for everything store managers are expected to perform without any support.

Work Details

Its not a easy company to work for, higher management don't have clue how to improve the business and how to support their store operations, expectations are there with a minimal support, hardly any system is in place.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
