I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good and career growth is slow.
