Dislikes

Everything is in manager's hand, to portrait about employee performance and non-performance hiding too. Here there is a change of favoritism to give awards to single employee who is favorite and also try to promote that person by showing only better things about that favorite employee. This should be look carefully, it effects on people who are working in company from many years but changes of managers every time have affected on promotions, but new employee got it fast because of friends behind the scenes. Leaves should be better plan as many takes leaves in Nov & Dec and those who work in these days gets all the burden....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
