The employee is not satisfied. They are thinking about others but not for their staff. Favorism, Groupism, Affaires, Gossiping are their main things to do besides work they are doing unnecessary politics.

I have been working in this Institution since 14 years now, related to subject above I am sharing my own experience here, being a loyal employee there is a thing which I really dislike. There are no fix parameters of growth, everything is so uncertain. Nobody knows what exactly one can do to get growth in career.
