Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Dislikes

Poor management, unhealthy work environment. As a fresher can't learn anything even as experienced can't learn anything No professional behaviours are followed. Very unethical No hygiene is followed, no facilities for employees No respect for employees, they literally treat employees as slave I won't recommend this office to anyone

Akshaa foods doesn't have too much work load. All tasks are divided amongst many people to make the task more easy. Very much secured in terms of job security .Office complex is amazing. Salary is on time. Flexible work timings for women.
