The company has a good culture where people respect each other. The work life balance is good and people are seldom required to work late in the evenings.

Dislikes

The corporate functions is very poor. The HR, Finance, IT everything needs a complete overhaul.

Work Details

I would certainly recommend people can join this organization. I have worked in firms where everyweek I received resignation mails but here every week we receive mails about people completing 10-15 years in the organization which says a lot.

The company culture is amazing. The respect for people and their personal life I hadn’t seen in past 8-9 years of my career. You would once in a while be required to work out of your working hours that too when there’s no option. People stay in the company for 15-20 years. I also received retirement emails. This says a lot about the company.

Dislikes

Since people stay longer here the growth is slow. The promotions and hikes are not upto the mark. Although I got 20% hike last year but I believe that’s not normal scenario here.
