It was good work environment with Mumbai online team I have worked their for almost six and a half year. The team was supportive and transparent. Company policies are not up to mark, appraisals were good but they don’t have bonuses only you have to work for your salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics going on in this company and the management is least concern. Akbar Travels must have micro management policy just to secure their good staff’s. I have seen lot of people leaving this company due to politics including me..

My work life was good when I was in mumbai I just didn’t think to join any other company for almost 7 years despite of getting many offers from competitors. Reason was ‘ONLINE TEAM’.
