The only thing I liked about the company was all the employees used to backbite about the directors all the time. Everyone hated them.

Dislikes

The director of the company has male ego, always harassing female employees and anyone who talks to female employees that he likes. Unfair and unethical working methods. Not allowed to take personal calls at all during office hours. Not allowed to talk to colleagues, If you talk to colleagues for long, HR will call and warn you as they are watching from cameras. Position/desk gets changed if you talk to your colleague. Witnessed 7 employees leave their job while I was working there. If you leave on time, director will tell your Sr to tell you to work for extended hrs, not good to leave on time. Notice period is 90 days and if you resign they will not approve resignation for 20-30 days. Then hold salary for another 90 days during notice period.
