Appointed as a trainee I like my work where I have a great interest in food safety. I have learned so many basic things. Company gives me task to complete .The workers cooperate they don't disrespect .

I have worked for Ajit Sweets for almost 9 months, I still remember, I was one of those selected candidates form my university via the first-ever off-campus interview conducted by Ajit Sweets. I was very naive and thrilled for my first job. Overall, I have learn a fair bit of things from the food industry. But, for all those who are looking to work in Ajit Sweets, you need to be strong headed, confident and mentally tough to thrive here. Surely, there are loopholes in the company. But, if you have the caliber to identify and rectify them, then go for it. Don't wait for the right person and time to present your views and ideas. Take the ownership and go ahead. The company is slightly different, however, if you work diligently and smartly, this could be your place of growth and learnings. Work in such a way that your actions will make a difference in the organization. The owners of this company need you to make a long lasting impact. Take advantage of the fact you can observe the processing and alignment of the company from scratch. The company culture needs to be more positive, requires the higher officials to be more open to the employees, a clear misbalance as far as work-life balance is concerned, needs to have more food analysis and testing facilities for overall satisfaction and mutual upliftment.

My work majorly revolved around production and quality control. I have worked in the 4 food sections in this company. Ensuring food safety, quality, production supervision, documentation, are few of the roles I had.
