Worst company Arrogant behaviour with employees, Dhara n Ajit both wants only money they treat workers like donkey. There is no work of food technologist there. Just because of government law they hire food technologist n treat them like workers.

Very worst experience. I am worked from August 2020 to April 2021 as food technology executive. MD has no manner to speak with employ and very much harsh . Salry package was to low . No growth, dirty politics and CEO has very much wrong behaviours toward evry employe . They didn't provide experince certificate me due to personal grudges with MD and CE0. HR policy useless . They didn't provide any festival holiday and they have not provide any facility . They even not provide emegency leave . Their prohibition period extended according to their requirement . 1. Politics... now politics is everywhere, that we managed... but at Ajit sweets.... there politics handle by 3rd class labour...and owner also supports to them 2. Salary :- salary to hai...but career growth it just like....ITC share ko upper circuit.

I have worked for Ajit Sweets for almost 9 months, I still remember, I was one of those selected candidates form my university via the first-ever off-campus interview conducted by Ajit Sweets. I was very naive and thrilled for my first job. Overall, I have learn a fair bit of things from the food industry. But, for all those who are looking to work in Ajit Sweets, you need to be strong headed, confident and mentally tough to thrive here. Surely, there are loopholes in the company. But, if you have the caliber to identify and rectify them, then go for it. Don't wait for the right person and time to present your views and ideas. Take the ownership and go ahead. The company is slightly different, however, if you work diligently and smartly, this could be your place of growth and learnings. Work in such a way that your actions will make a difference in the organization. The owners of this company need you to make a long lasting impact. Take advantage of the fact you can observe the processing and alignment of the company from scratch. The company culture needs to be more positive, requires the higher officials to be more open to the employees, a clear misbalance as far as work-life balance is concerned, needs to have more food analysis and testing facilities for overall satisfaction and mutual upliftment.
