Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

It is world worst company, they never provide job security, atmosphere,never give salary on to employees, I worked for 1 years it was so horrible experience, I always suggest you, don't send a single person to get job over there.

No career growth, never give salary on time, work environment is so terrible, my experience was so horrible. It is not a company, it's like a Jail. It's Aurangzeb type of company.
