There is huge gap between management and employees for any change in policies. Basically teams leader is not particularly working towards his subordinates growth with respect to salaries and promotion

AHL bangalore location Hr is very worst and not sharing company policy itself. Management is not good. She enters in Dept. Works and spoil the work flow and Communication with colleagues. If management is good, definitely Aisin is in the best company in India. No one can touch infront of AISIN technology.
