Rare chances of going to Japan for some training. Polite people.

Dislikes

Not the most ideal place to work. Even though it's a Japanese MNC, highly dominated by Indians. No carrier growth. No training or induction programs for any new employee. Unsupportive bosses. Worst food in the cnteen. New policies can be created any moment so be careful before u complaint.

In the begining, they give us clerical work, but eventually the real task is given.
