The projects at AIS Technolabs are diverse and challenging, ranging from branding and marekting materials to use interface design for cutting- edge application. This variety has kept my work engaging and has allowed me to constantly refine my skills. One of the things I apprreciate most is the creative freedom I'm given. While there are clear guidelines to ensure quality and consistency, the management encourages us to bring our qnique ideas to the table, which makes me feel like a true contributor rather than just a cog in the machine. Collaboration is another highlight of working here. The design team is made up incredibly talented individuals who are always willing to share their knowledge and provide constructive feedback. Team brainstorming sessions are not only productive but also inspiring, often leading to innovative design solutions that I'm proud to showcase in my portfolio. Henry is a terrible Manager. He doesn’t know anything and doesn’t even dress properly. He spends the whole day shouting like crazy and knows nothing, yet he’s somehow a PM. He only gives threats on the floor, never listens, and expects every task to be completed in just 5 minutes, like it’s that easy. He has zero knowledge about deblobut still managed to get this position only because he sucks up to senior management.And no one even says anything to him,he acts like it’s his own family business. AIS ne hire to achhe log kiye hai vese thanks for best team and give me best memories and best point 0% politics. or timer ki baat ki jaye to 3 min mai timer stop ho jata hai to aap 3 min se zyada laptop se dur gaye to timer stop or 9 hrs excluding lunch hai to time gin lo. or policy ki kya he tarif karu itni achhi ki tarif karte karte thak na jau kahi, 1 he batata hu aap khush ho jaoge pinky promise. 1. Agar aap unpaid leave lete ho to uss day ki amount , salary mai se to cut hogi he or Retention amount mai se b cut hogi or ye written mai b nai likha hai ji aap bhi bolonge 44k ka investment tha 37k kese ho gaye 🤔🤔 Note: If you belong to the middle or lower class, try to find another company.
