Still a lot more things to change in Chennai plant of AIS.

People and staffs of Chennai plant over their are doing partiality between hindi people (those who are not from Chennai) and Tamil people. They will only give credit and promotion to a Tamil guy. They will not look out or listen any problems of a Hindi guy..HR of Chennai plant is himself a very big dishonest guy. If you go to HR for any complaints or asking for any help, he gonna directly tell you that, "Kaam karna h toh karo, warna nikal jaao". And yes Nepotism play a big role in Ais Chennai plant,if you are a friend or family of (HR, department head, section head, Engineer, Operator or Supervisor) Then u have a bright future, even if u are a talentless guy. But in case of people who are coming from different parts of the country to work in Chennai plant, they have to struggle a lot.
