The nursing staff and attendant staff was good and do all their work on time so it's supportive to work with them.The management is ok..they don't give full payment on time.I earned very less inspite working daily without offs.The duties timings are too much not 8hourly.Its hectic to work so long hours without much pay scale.I don'tlike their policy of 10k balance of our payment with them.My experience was ok..I was frustrated by heavy duties on 2-3floors at a time so I quit the job....Read More

8hourly duty timings is not there which they told on interview. Payscale is very less and so much cuttings without any reason.

Only my work and my department is most likely for me to work in AIMS since long.

As per my experience of working in AIMS, there are non medico HR and CEO. they can't understand priority of work and maintain instruments regularly, you need to wait for their convince and time for repairing and due to breakdown instruments you may have harassment and work pressure. Always shortage of staff leads to overtime without and options.
