I worked at AIG Business Solution as Full Time(more than 4 years). Working in this company has helped me to develop my technical skills strongly. The company also gives us complete freedom to learn new things and also outplay new ideas, as fresher its good, colleagues are very supportive.

Salary and benefits, Promotions are very very low. If you work for years then no benefits in the company no promotions there. After resign don't expect good behaviour from manager as well as HR. New joinee ask not to talk with older one. Worst behaviour. No one listen about your concern.
