I worked around 1 and half years. Lot of politics was there that time even founder was also doing this. He has not given salary slip & reliving letter when I left the job. When I asked him he told me you aren't on onroll. After that next company I faced lot of the issue documentation.

Nothing good. Every day they are asking to work till 7:30pm or more, if I asked for my security means how can I go .... No response from any one side. If I make complaint regarding late work it means directly taking war with boss.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
